Orders placed by phone or email ship at a flat $18.00 (incl. GST) within New Zealand, regardless of order size. Free-shipping thresholds and tiered rates apply to online orders only.
Dispatch and tracking
- We may ship items separately. You will receive tracking for each parcel as soon as it is available, where supported by the carrier.
- Carriers include Castle Parcels and New Zealand Post Courier. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and can vary.

Order confirmation

Cancellations
Need to cancel your order. Call 0800 152 235 as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, a refund is available under our Returns Policy. Return postage may be at the customer’s expense unless we are at fault under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Rates are in NZD and include GST. Free shipping applies to eligible online orders of $165 or more after discounts.
